On the third day of our trip to St. Louis, we went to the St. Louis Science Center. It reminded me of The Exploration Place in Wichita, but it is a lot bigger, with more exhibits. The neat thing about it is that it is free to get in! Of course, it you want to go to the IMAX theater or the Planetarium, you have to pay for those, and you have to pay for parking as well. It was a rainy day, so we ate our picnic lunch in the car, otherwise we could have eaten our lunch outside at a picnic area.
We ended up watching a show about the lemurs of Madagascar in the IMAX theater, which was really neat, except that one child had to leave because he started to get dizzy and nauseated. We also made it over to the Planetarium, where we watched a show about stars, while stretching out on the floor, mind you (someone might have fallen asleep, but I won't name any names). The Planetarium had a lot of interesting space exhibits as well, but we didn't get to look as long as we wanted to because another show was going to start. Overall, though, we enjoyed our day at the Science Center.

Anthony was a little nervous about those at first. |

It was especially funny to watch Anthony get all relaxed. |

We walked across the bridge to the Planetarium. |

You could check how fast cars were driving on the highway. |
