Oh geez. This absolutely drives me crazy. If I go to bed early, the baby wakes up early. If I stay up late, she just keeps on snoozing right up until the point I'm about to drift off to Slumberland. It kills me. Actually, I like to think it sanctifies me. Motherhood truly is a holy office. God bless!
The baby also knows what time the alarm will go off and wakes up in enough time before the alarm goes off to ensure that Mom will not be able to drop back off to sleep before the alarm buzzes.
We are a Roman Catholic family of twelve: Dan, Janet, Catherine(12), Dominic(10), Anne(10), Joseph(8), Anthony(5), and our five little babies waiting for us in heaven: Mary Joseph(1-19-09), Teresa Marie(9-12-11), Benedict Joseph(11-24-12), Agatha Rose(2-04-14), and Louis John(8-25-14).
